How to order at NATURAL LUXURY?

Ordering is very easy. In our webshop you can search for your products via “productcategories” or “product”. You can order by pressing the ‘ADD’ button. Therefor you have to be logged in. Are you finished ordering? Please go to “SHOPPINGBASKET” in ‘MY NATURAL LUXURY’. Check your basket and press the button ‘ORDERING’. Your order has been processed immediately. You get a copy of your order via e-mail. Your order is final now and will be deliverd as fast as possible. Orders < € 350,00 will be charged with € 10,00 ordercosts and € 10,00 tranpsortcosts. Orders between € 350,00 and € 500,00 will be charged with only € 10,00 transportcosts. Above € 500,00 we will deliver franko.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. Natural Luxury uses a selective dealerpolicy and your enquiry will be reviewed by us. After approval we will send you a confirmation for a dealership of Natural Luxury.

Can I order a product that is not in stock?

Yes, you can. We keep this product in backorder for you and it will be deliverd as soon as it is in stock again.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. But only by sending us an e-mail to info@naturalluxury.nl . Please give us your ordernumber and the ordered products you want to cancel. If we did not send the goods already, we delete the items in your order. If the goods have been shipped already, than please send them back to us. See for futher instructions: “Sending and Returning”.
